How can you become a Top rated seller if your listings do not appear on page 1 on searches, no matter how soon they end, i.e. no hope for a new starter.

ebay is not letting me describe what im selling how can i fix this problem ???
Good if we can show our selling items in all country without any aditional charges it will be great.
