hello, would you please let me know what can I do when I have to leave feedback by 6th November and the items did not come until now? I don“t know whether to give positive or negative feedback to the seller? I placed the order on 23rd September and they say the items have been sent on 24th September 2012...strange is... they still did not come :( what can I do now? thanks for soon reply........lucia
Interesting to say the least, although , does not help me complain about the total lack of 'RESPECT' Ebays customer service agents have - when dealing with customers . They are truely within the confines of a disgraceful , bad mannered employee , with no patiants what so ever.
How do I add buy it now to my listing as my bidder wants to buy as soon as possible.Have gone back to my listing but cant change it . Thanks
Does anyone feel the same as me that the new site layout is dreadful, so complicated compared to the old one. What was ebay thinking about.

i live in malaysia. why i can't buy spare part from e- bay.the said reseller not give the shipping cost. so what i can do.
Its almost impossible to get answers when all you can do is answer fixed questions ebay does not care at all

How about all bidders pay a deposit via paypal before being allowed to bid, if they win and do not complete the sale then they lose the deposit. the losing bidders get their deposit back straight away. this would get rid of all the non-genuine ebayers.

Can anyone tell me why I should not inform my Trading Standards Facility about my six months' waste of time trying to get advice from Ebay regarding a dispute ongoing between me and a seller? I need to re-open a closed case on getting new important information about a bad transaction.

I cant belive how Ebay lets all this Scam sellers steals peoples money never do refunds alawys lie presenting their product and expect me to pay more to return their rubbish item in China. and the worse of it they get a star and they bestsellers.I wasted so much money...is putting me off of this online shopping scam
