answer centre seems to be realy slow changing from questions to answers and back again, i have no problems on other sites, anyone else have this prob

customer has not returned goods even though i refunded her  as to send proof posting and no reply

The seller keeps sending me e-mails saying PLEASE CLOSE THE CASE BECAUSE I CANT ISSUE THE REFUND. I think hi just doesnt want  to pay me the refund.

i bought a laptop 4 months ago, when it arrived it was faulty. i returned it and the seller fixed it and returned it to me. it has gone wrong again, but this time due to previous bodge job is no longer repairable. Do i have any recourse or has to much time passed.
