Buying on eBay

I purchased a childs dress. It arrived stained. The seller says I should have asked if it was stained. The description states used does that cover stained?

I was bidding on a dress but was outbid and lost the auction then the next day the seller posted the same dress once again, I feel they outbid me to prevent the dress selling for too little can anyone help please ?

When buying several items in my case packets of seed, from 1 seller , I am left with the prospect of having to leave feedback for each individual packet of seed. Why can't these be grouped together to allow 1 feedback for all items.
