So parcel force 48 are rubbish seller dispatched on Tuesday and i still dont have my item anyone have bad experiences with parcel force. Are they just being lazy because its the bank holiday

Item described as unmarked and not torn had lines of stitching undone. Now I'm being told that by the seller that I am responsible for return postage.

I have been selling a whole list of items on and off and haven't been able to sell in recent weeks, so when going to retrieve them they are not there - to list again. Is there any way of retrieving them after 60 days old? Many thanks for your help

I am fully refunding a buyer, with additional postage costs for returning item, only they paid a higher postage to return than what I did to send. Am I within my rights just to refund the same amount as what I paid?
