What I always do is to create my listings in Word. They are then on my PC until such time as I want to clear them.

I still have some from well over a year ago, together with the photos too.

I think that there can sometimes be problems with copying from Word because some of the document formatting is also carried forward. That means that text may not appear correctly.

For future reference, you could try creating your listings using turbolister and I believe that you can then save them indefinitely.

I only know because I did it once myself and my listing was all over the place.

I asked about it on one of the boards and the other posters told me that it was something to do with the html from Word being carried forward with the text. (Don't know enough about it myself to be sure if that's exactly correct). Anyway, they advised me to copy the text into notepad first, to get rid of the formatting, and then re-copy onto the description and that worked.

Since then I've seen several posts on the boards where other people have done the same. It musn't always happen though if you have no problems with it.
