I AM NEW 2 EBAY AND MADE MY 1ST SALE. . . .AFTER WAITING OVER A WEEK FOR A PAYMENT . SHE SAID SHE DID NOT HAVE THE FUNDS .  SO I OPENED A UNPAID ITEM ON HER NOW SHE HAS LEFT BAD FEED BACK . EBAY WONT LET ME RESELL BECAUSE MY FEEBACK IS -1 . WAT CAN I DO . . .

maybe when she placed her bid she had the funds to pay and then her funds became depleted, did you try making a second chance offer to the under bidder, when you open a dispute against someone that still has the option to leave feedback you leave yourself wide open to recieve negative feedback, you can get your feedback score up cheaply by buying items such as pennies being sold with positive feedback guarenteed. patience is a virtue
