Hi,

It could be the buyer has bought by echeque (ask them via message).

It could also be that you have made a typing error in your PayPal email address.  Go and check carefully.

If you have made an error, correct it, ask the buyer to cancel their payment (which hasn't gone through anyway) and pay to the correct PayPal email address.

They don't need to worry, they won't be paying twice!

If you have made an error on your payment email address on the listing then you cannot correct it now the sale has completed.

Click on your sold item and select sell similar.

Scroll to the payment part of the listing form and check the payment email. It has to be your paypal email address. If you have entered a different, yet viable email here, then add it to your paypal account and the payment should clear.

If there is a typing error then tell your buyer to cancel their payment. They will have this option in paypal.

Then send them an invoice directly from paypal using the request money tab. Include a note of your seller id and item number.

The next time you list an item the error will still be there and you will need to correct it manually.
