i solda cpu andthe vuyer claims its faulty which i know isnt true as i took it out my pc and changed it for a upgrade and sent it off in the box i upgraded with , the buyer says its faulty missing 2 pins whichits designed like that , he contacted ebay they saidi have to issue a full refund on the items return

how longdoes he have to return the item ?

Buyer has 10 days in which to return the item.

They have to enter a postal tracking number into the dispute.

When it shows delivery or attempted delivery then ebay will force the refund.
