Hi,
As above, not good to relist before closing a dispute.
You could request the buyer's contact details and ring to arrange a time for them to collect:
http://www.ebay.co.uk/sch/ebayadvsearch?_adv=1&_sofindtype=9
They will also get a copy of yours.
Incidentally, whilst you cannot refuse PayPal if that's how the buyer wants to pay (execept if in Motors, Services or Property), sellers are allowed to put 'cash on collection preferred' within their description. There is the small risk of a report for non performance for refusing, but worth taking for expensive items. You can point out to the buyer that it will enable them to check the item before handing over their money.
You have no protection through PayPal for items that are collected. Therefore if you get an unscrupulous buyer they could go home and do a credit card chargeback. As you then can't provide a tracking number to prove delivery and/or proof of posting, the buyer will be refunded. A signed receipt will not suffice.
