How to send VAT invoices?

We are a business seller on Ebay and are VAT registered, however I just can not find anywhere on Ebay that allows us to send VAT invoices or even show VAT is included on the confirmation email we get when someone purchases something.

 

Can we set something up so the buyer gets an email with a VAT invoice by default when an item is paid for? and for us to get a copy to go with our records?

 

This must be very simple to do however i'm lost as how to go about this...

 

Any advice would be great,

You need to subscribe to Selling Manager Pro. The ability to separate the VAT is one of it's features.

Do not forget that transactions under £250 are covered by the rules that cover supermarkets and a separated VAT invoice is not needed so long as your number is clearly shown
