Do you have to relist an ended item if someone wants to buy it after the auction has finished? We want to do the transaction through eBay.

We have buyers for ended items which did not sell.  Do we have to relist the items or is there another way we can sell to these buyers, but do the transaction through eBay?  We do not want to jeopardise our eBay account.

You need to relist them so the personm can bid/buy it now, to keep the transaction through ebay.

you need to relist eith as fixed price or  list at agreed price  which stops somebody jumping in  then end early selling to highest bidder when they have bid

Buyers have to bid to buy, so yes, you do have to relist, but you can do this legally:

Relist, starting at the agreed price, as soon as your buyer bids, you end the auction to sell to highest bidder:

This legal, and all protection will be in place.
