the buyer wants to return an item to me and wants a refund. Do I wait for the item to come back to me first ? before giving the refund ?

Hi,

Yes, you wait until you have received the item back in the same condition you sent it, and then you refund item cost and original postage costs.

Buyer returns by trackable mail at their own expense. No return No refund.
