Why?

 

If they have already paid, but you now need to charge extra (for different postage per chance) then you need to refund their original payment and then send out a new invoice for the new full amount.

you can send a second invoice by clicking on contact buyer,and there is an option at the top of the page to send invoice.hope that helps!

Click on 'more actions' choose 'send payment details' if you make any changes do NOT reset, just preview and then send.
