Have you sent the buyer an invoice? this sometimes jogs them on you cannot relist until this sale is finalised one way or the other. You can open a "Unpaid item"case click on customer support and then resolution center. If you relist without doing anything and the buyer pays you could end up with two buyers and only one item

You could have opened a case 4 days after the sale ended

You don;t have to make contact with the buyer but you do really need to open an unpaid item case.

You can open the case in the Resolution Centre from four days after close of sale, go back in and close it four days later if no payment then the buyer gets an unpaid item strike on their account, you get your fees back and then can safely relist your item.

Non-paying bidders are prevented from leaving feedback too.

I know it sounds easier to just relist but you need to close off the original sale properly or you'd be in a pickle if the original buyer came back in and paid then you'd have one item and two buyers - not good ;)

most pay within 23 hours so you can open a non payment dispute after 4 days then close after a further 4 days you will get your fvf back they will get a strike and cannot leave feedback. Add them to your blocked bidders list.
