hi i have a private account but its annoying me that i cant sell more than 3 branded products within 30 days, just wondering if i can have more than 1 ebay account and link it to my paypal? thankyou

You are allowed to have more than one ebay account, but opening another to evade restrictions isn't allowed and you could find that both are not allowed to sell at all

the answer to your question is 8.

 

But a restriction on one a/c is on all of them.

 

You have to earn an increase in limits, that's the idea.

 

Ebay could remove you altogether, for this type of offence.:(

Not a good idea, unless the seller is a business. And a business a/c alone doesn't automatically mean you get a bigger allowance.

If you have more than one credit card and more than one bank account, you should be able to open another Paypal account - but that may not be the best solution. A better way is to show eBay that you are a reliable seller, who despatches good items quickly. If you list the maximum number of particularly appealing items at good prices as quickly as possible, build up your good feedback from sales and then ring eBay every month asking for an increase, you'll soon find you are allowed to list more. Don't open a business eBay account unless you have a business bank account to link it to - the whole thing is more trouble than it's worth unless you really intend to run a business.
