i was selling 2 products that a bidder won, he/she is having problems with their paypal (not sending the payment) he/she then said i should send a payment request to another ebay user but i dont know how to do that. can someone help me?

You need their PayPal payment email address to do that.

 

Then, log into PayPal. Select the tab that says 'request money'.

 

Tick the box that says 'goods' and you can send a PayPal invoice. In the text field put in the eBay listing title and number.

 

Or, send the buyer your PayPal payment email address and ask them to log into PayPal and use the 'send money' tab to make you a payment for 'goods'.

 

Better if you do it though.
