Hi all,
I have been browsing on seller central for the first time and a comment someone left has made me curious.
It was suggested that if there are no comms between you and your buyer, you will automatically get 5 stars for the communication catagory.
Does that mean that I am doing myself no favours by sending a polite "thank you, your item is on it's way" message. When some one has paid me money promptly it seems rude to not acknowledge it.
