A potential buyer asked how much would I want for 3 separate items listed as auctions. I am not sure this is in accordance with ebay policy.

As your items have no bids yet then its perfectly ok to sell now, you can revise each item to the agreed price then select end to highest bidder, let your buyer know you are doing it incase someone else beats them to it.

While you have no bids:

Agree a price for each of the 3 items, then revise the listing starting at the agreed price for each item, as soon as your enquirer bids, you end each auction from the dropdown "more actions" on your listing choosing "sell to highest bidder"

If it's the furniture, you need to ask for cash on personal collection in each listing, as paypal is not safe, and state No couriers.

You have to take paypal if they insist.
