the designer listing I chose to add to my item listing has not appeared when the item went live. E bay say it is a third party problem and to contact the third party.  Who is the third party and is this correct

Listing Designer

is an eBay tool so perhaps whoever replied to you was confused by you calling it designer listing?

 

However, if you used it for the curtain listing you do seem to have used a listing template although it is rather pale.  Have you tried scrolling, or looking at your screen so that you get a different light fall on it?  You might see it then.

 

By the way, if you want to use Listing Designer in future you can use it for free if you create your listings using the Turbo Lister
