I have just closed an unpaid item case and would like to know if I get the insertion fee back or will I get to relist it free. The original item number is no longer in use so how do I relist. I have also received an invoice from eBay for their fee will this now be cancelled.

Once an unpaid item dispute has been correctly closed, after 4 full days have passed since opening it, a credit for the eBay final value fees will be sitting in your seller account.

You can view it there.

If you click on your item, you can relist it. It'll be given a new listing number.

If it sells second time round, you'll get a free relist.
