There's no way of doing it automatically.  If you spot a candidate then you'll have to do a manual entry.  If they've already bid and the auction is still live, cancel their bid and then block.

If you haven't already done so, go to your buyer preferences and check that they are still set tight, especially to block people who have 2+ item strikes/4+ policy violations in the last 12 months.

This is your blocked bidders list.

http://pages.ebay.co.uk/help/sell/block_bidders.html

to find it in future you click on customer supprt and then enter blocking bidders in the search box. Finally click on the relevant link. Ebay keep it well hidden.

Hi,

Blocking a buyer with a justifiable complaint (£10 p&p when it cost you £4.99 is a bit OTT).

It would be better to properly work things out with your buyer, then you may well avoid a negative, and losing a potential customer.

I don't mean to sound preachy - but just be the best seller you can be.

I've added the Blocked Bidders list to my shortcuts list. Just click on Edit List and copy the URL already provided by a previous poster into the relevant box, give it a title and hey presto you can add anyone you like with almost just one click.

Yes its best to sort out problems before you get a neg, but more often than not you don't get the chance, as before you know it you've got a neutral or a neg feedback without any knowledge of there having been a problem.

You can block anyone you like. You can block up to 5000 buyers.

Most sellers would wish to block any buyers that left them a negative....I certainly would.

However it is also advisable to try to work things out with your buyers and if you can resolve things perhaps a negative may be revised......too late now for these particular buyers.

Buyers do hate to think that they are being overcharged on postage so it might be worth considering upping the price on your items and lowering your postage costs. Most buyers just look at stamp price and do not consider the other costs involved.

Your postage DSRs do look quite healthy so these particular sales may just have been blips....but it is wise to try to protect your account .
