I sold a small item but the buyer was from USA. I emailed him to say there was an additional postal charge of 1.72 and sent him an invoice. 14 days later he hasn't responded. The item was 2.08 as a UK buyer which he has paid.  What else can I do now? Advice please.

Hi,

 

Refund their payment and then re-invoice. Put a message in the box to explain they originally paid UK postage.

 

If you receive more than one payment for a transaction you lose eligibility to Seller Protection + you are paying 2 x 20p.
