hi


I bought a wedding dress from china and have sent it back twice


the postage has cost me £48 plus £62 pounds for the dress.


can any one tell me if I can claim from the seller or from ebay.


the item keeps coming back all though the address is correct acording to the seller.

this is the problem buying from China. You have 45 days to open a dispute failing that if paid by credit/debit card you could ask your card supplier to help no guarantee.

The other problem you have buying from China is that you are often buying sub-standard tat - as it seems you have found.
