Purchased an item when stock was available on 9th July. Estimate delivery 12th -13th July. Nothing arrives by 14th July. Contact seller about it, Only after contacting them, they told me they ran out of stock and would either wait unkowningly when it will be or a refund. otherwise I would have waited and waited with no end to delivery. I wouldn't have mind if they told me right from the beginning, but given the estimate delivery time and had no communication from the seller about the stock level. I am seeking advice and what are my rights for compensation
