you have 45 days to open a dispute item not recieved.

Hi,

 

As advised above, you can open an Item Not Received dispute 3 days after the estimated delivery time shown on the listing - and within 45 days of making payment.  Escalate after 8 days if necessary:

Don't close on a promise as once closed it cannot be re-opened nor another one started.
